Service

Return Quarantine monitors eligible Shopify return and refund events. In Protect mode, and only when the app has complete and consistent evidence, it moves exact inventory quantities between Shopify inventory states. Uncertain cases remain unchanged and require review.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants remain responsible for physical inventory controls, review of flagged cases, staff access to Shopify, product and location configuration, and compliance with laws applicable to their business. The app is not a replacement for warehouse reconciliation.

Plans and billing

Monitor is free. Protect is USD 29 per month after a 14-day trial. Shopify processes plan selection, charges, cancellation and applicable proration through Shopify App Pricing. Current terms shown by Shopify at confirmation govern billing.

Availability and changes

The service may be interrupted by Shopify API availability or maintenance. Safety controls can keep the app in Monitor mode when billing or inventory evidence cannot be verified. Material terms changes will be presented through appropriate merchant-facing channels.

Termination and data

Merchants can uninstall the app through Shopify. Open jobs are cancelled safely. Data is deleted according to the privacy policy and Shopify mandatory privacy webhooks.
